A basement in West Long Branch, NJ was in need of an upgraded waterproofing system to resolve its problems with persistent water damage below the home. The homeowner, recognizing the ongoing damage of such a problem, contacted Quality 1st to tackle the repairs necessary for their home. Once we were able to assess the space, we went in to install a new waterproofing system that would guarantee the home a dry space underneath. We installed our WaterGuard Perimeter Drains to create a channel for leaking water to run through and make it into the existing sump pump. The walls were equipped with a vapor barrier, our CleanSpace, to keep water out from the walls. We then replaced the basement window well with our SunHouse Window Well to prevent water or debris from entering through the windows. New SunHouse Window Wells

Our crew replaced the home's old window wells with our SunHouse to keep debris and water away from the basement window while allowing more sunlight into the space.
