Bowing Walls
These basement walls were beginning to crack and bow as a result of foundation settlement.
Installing WaterGuard
The crew digs a trench around the perimeter of the basement, then weep holes are drilled. WaterGuard is placed inside this trench before being surrounded with clean washed stone and a layer of cement.
Installing CarbonArmor
In order to securely install CarbonArmor, the crew thoroughly preps the walls by sanding down the surface in specific areas that will provide the most support and reinforcement.
Installing CarbonArmor
Using high strength epoxy resin, the carbon fiber straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall.
A Fully Stabilized Wall
CarbonArmor is securely attached, this system includes flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. This system will ensure that these walls are completely strengthened and reinforced against foundation settlement.
After WaterGuard
Our French drain is intentionally designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can commonly clog with debris. This system will create a direct channel for water to head towards the owners designated sump pump.
After SuperSump
The SuperSump is specially crafted with a Zoeller ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of a basement.
After TripleSafe
This powerful sump pump is designed with three pumps, for triple the amount of protection against water seepage. Along with a backup power supply, to deliver the highest level of defense even in the possible case of a power outage.
