Existing Window Well
The existing window in this basement was too small for the finished living space. Windows need to be big enough in finished basements to allow for an emergency exit.
Replacing Old Basement Window
Our crew excavates the soil along the foundation to make room for the new well. They then drill into the basement wall to make an opening large enough to install the new egress window.
One-Piece Installation
The RockWell Window Well is designed as one piece made up of durable material that will not collapse with heavy pressure from rainwater and saturated soil.
Safe and Durable Window
The RockWell Window Well features a ladder attached to the inside to accommodate exiting the basement from the window well with ease.
Completed Egress Window Installation
Our crew backfills the hole dug for the window well. The polycarbonate safety cover sits close to ground level, protecting the well from filling with water or debris, while also preventing the risk of animals or people falling in the well.
