In the basement of this Salem, NJ home, standing water that had leaked inside was causing mold growth. To upgrade the waterproofing system for this home, we equipped the basement with a new drainage system featuring our WaterGuard Perimeter Drains and a new TripleSafe Sump Pump. Different parts of the walls were waterproofed with our Clean Space Vapor Barrier and our BrightWall Wall Panels. Both of these products create a vapor barrier to prevent leaking water from entering inside and provide a bright and clean finish to the basement space. With these new additions to the space, this basement is guaranteed to stay dry and healthy for years to come!

Before Waterproofing Repair

Installing WaterGuard

Our crew digs a trench around the basement floor perimeter to place our WaterGuard Drains to create a channel for leaking water to pass through and into the sump pump.

BrightWall Waterproofing

Our BrightWall Panels are made of rigid plastic that is completely waterproof and washable. These panels keep water from leaking in through the walls while giving the basement a brighter finish. These panels direct moisture down into the new drainage system.

Dehumidified Basement

The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier keeps leaking water out of the basement and flowing into the new drainage system. For further climate control in the basement, the Sedona Dehumidifier provides clean filtration and eliminates humidity.
