We installed a new drainage system featuring our WaterGuard Perimeter Drains, designed to collect water that seeps through the floors and walls. To facilitate the movement of water from the walls into the drains, we also installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along the bottom of the walls. To enhance the waterproofing system, a TripleSafe Sump Pump was placed in the basement, providing three levels of protection. Before Waterproofing

The home's partially finished basement lacked the proper waterproofing system to protect it from the varying volumes of water that leaked in through the foundation.

During Installation

Our crew digs a trench beneath the floor's surface for the new drainage system to be installed, while the bottom of the wall is cleared to install the CleanSpace vapor barrier.

Completed Drainage System

The new WaterGuard Drainage System is completely concealed under the floor's surface so it won't disturb the basement space while providing a reliable and efficient way for water to stay out of the basement.

New Waterproofing System

The newly installed vapor barrier will now direct leaking water downward into the WaterGuard drainage system, keeping it out of sight and out of mind.
