WaterGuard Drainage System
We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System after discovering water seepage along the basement walls and floor joint. Designed to sit just above the foundation footing, WaterGuard captures incoming water and channels it directly to the sump pump-preventing puddling, wall damage, and long-term moisture issues.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
With three levels of protection-including a powerful primary pump, a secondary for backup, and a battery-powered unit for outages-TripleSafe ensures this basement stays dry and protected even during the worst storms or power failures.
CleanSpace Wall Panels
The crew also added our CleanSpace Wall Panels to address moisture seeping through the basement walls. These durable, vapor-barrier panels not only prevent water and humidity from entering the space, but also help direct any wall seepage into the drainage system.
IceGuard Discharge Line
If the buried discharge line ever becomes frozen or blocked, IceGuard provides an alternative escape route for water, preventing backups and basement flooding during cold weather. It's a crucial safeguard for reliable drainage in any season.
