Damp Crawl Space
Damp crawl space conditions are often caused by excess moisture entering through unsealed vents, high humidity, groundwater seepage, or poor drainage around the home's foundation. Without proper insulation or vapor barriers, this moisture can accumulate, leading to mold growth, wood rot, and poor indoor air quality. Addressing these issues with proper encapsulation and drainage solutions is key to maintaining a dry, healthy crawl space.

SilverGlo Insulation Panels
The crew installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels to help regulate temperature and moisture in the crawl space. These graphite-infused foam panels were secured to the crawl space walls to provide a radiant heat barrier and high R-value insulation. Unlike traditional fiberglass, SilverGlo won't absorb moisture or support mold growth-making it a durable, energy-efficient solution that keeps the crawl space dry, comfortable, and better protected year-round.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System
Next the crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to seal and protect the crawl space from ground moisture and humidity. We carefully lined the floor and walls with a durable, tear-resistant liner that creates a continuous moisture barrier. This system prevents dampness, mold growth, and musty odors while improving overall air quality and energy efficiency throughout the home.

Fully Restored Crawl Space
By addressing the root causes of moisture with precision and care, we restored the crawl space into a well-protected environment-enhancing the home's overall air quality, structural integrity, and energy efficiency.
