WaterGuard Drainage System
Unlike traditional drains that can clog with soil, WaterGuard is uniquely designed to sit just above the footing, out of the "mud zone," ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency. This system captures groundwater before it reaches the interior space and directs it to the sump pump, effectively preventing future flooding and keeping the basement permanently dry.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
This advanced system features a three-pump design to handle everything from everyday water seepage to extreme weather conditions. The primary pump manages regular water flow, the secondary pump activates if additional capacity is needed, and the third is a battery-operated backup pump that kicks in during power outages. By installing our TripleSafe, we ensured the basement would stay dry and protected 24/7-no matter the circumstances.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
We installed CleanSpace Wall Panels to address the ongoing moisture concerns and improve the overall condition of the basement walls. These durable, waterproof panels act as a vapor barrier, preventing water vapor and minor seepage from passing through the foundation walls and into the basement air.

IceGuard Discharge Line
The IceGuard is designed with a unique, freeze-resistant feature that prevents the discharge line from becoming clogged or frozen during winter months. In the event that the line does freeze or become blocked, the IceGuard allows water to safely escape through built-in exit ports, ensuring the sump pump continues to operate without the risk of water backing up into the basement.

WellDuct System
The WellDuct system acts as a protective channel that directs water away from the window and into the drainage system, preventing any moisture from entering the basement. This system is designed to work along with the WaterGuard and TripleSafe, providing a seamless, efficient solution for managing water that may accumulate around window wells.

Egress Window
Our Egress Window provides a safe emergency exit in case of fire or other emergencies, meeting building code requirements for livable spaces. Beyond safety, the installation also allowed for natural light to flood the basement, transforming it from a dark, damp area into a more inviting and brighter environment. Additionally, the Egress Window improves ventilation, helping to reduce moisture buildup and improve overall air quality.

The Importance Of Waterproofing
Basement waterproofing is crucial for protecting a home from the long-term effects of water damage. Without proper waterproofing, basements are vulnerable to water seepage, which can lead to structural damage, mold growth, and poor air quality. By investing in basement waterproofing, we aren't only preserving the integrity of the home but also ensuring a dry, healthy, and comfortable living space that can be safely used for storage, recreation, or as a finished living area.
