This sub-floor system captures wall and floor seepage, channeling water directly to the homeowners sump pump system without chances of clogging, due to its specific placement.

The crew also installed our WellDuct System to address water leaking in through the homeowners basement window well. This solution redirects water from the window well directly into the interior drainage system, preventing flooding and protecting the basement from moisture damage.
Installing RockWell
The process of installing our RockWell Egress Window began with precise excavation and removal of the existing window, followed by cutting the foundation to fit the larger egress opening. We then secured the RockWell well and window in place, sealed all edges for waterproofing, and backfilled with clean-washed stone to ensure proper runoff.
