Bowing Walls
Bowing basement walls are typically caused by excessive lateral pressure from the soil surrounding your foundation. Over time, factors like poor drainage, heavy rainfall, or expanding clay soils can cause the ground to swell and push against the foundation walls.

Old Sump Pump
The homeowner's old sump pump was no longer functioning efficiently, which meant it couldn't properly collect and discharge groundwater from around the foundation. As a result, water began to accumulate in the soil surrounding the basement, increasing hydrostatic pressure on the walls and floor. This pressure forced moisture through cracks and joints in the foundation, leading to consistent water seepage.

WaterGuard Drainage System
Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System to address the ongoing water seepage issues in the homeowner's basement. Unlike traditional drains that sit in the dirt and can clog over time, WaterGuard is specially designed to rest on the foundation footing, keeping it out of the soil while still effectively capturing water leaking through the walls or floor.

SuperSump Premier
The SuperSump features a high-capacity cast iron pump capable of handling heavy water flow, along with a durable, airtight lid that prevents odors and debris from entering the system. It also includes a built-in floor drain and an alarm system to alert the homeowner to potential issues.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
The original walls were showing signs of dampness and minor seepage, which not only contributed to a musty odor but also posed a risk for mold growth and structural damage. CleanSpace Panels are made from a durable, waterproof material that creates a vapor barrier, preventing moisture from passing through the walls while directing any water down into the drainage system below.

CarbonArmor
CarbonArmor is made from high-strength, military-grade carbon fiber straps that are bonded directly to the interior wall using a powerful epoxy. Once installed, the system holds the wall in place, redistributing pressure and stopping the bowing process without the need for excavation. It's a fast, non-invasive solution that permanently reinforces the wall and restores structural integrity.
