This North Wales, PA, homeowner observed concrete settlement around their homes sidewalk area, resulting in concerns relating to potential tripping hazards and a decrease in the visual appeal of the entire walkway.
In order to resolve these settlement issues, our team was able to administer our stabilizing PolyLevel Foam Injections, to lift the sunken slabs to their initial surface level. To ensure the sidewalk was entirely protected against erosion, our crew applied our ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, directly into the cracks and crevices of the slabs.
We have successfully eliminated settlement issues, and in the process created a smooth and easily accessible walkway, providing this homeowner with total peace of mind!
