Pool Patio Repair in Ocean Gate, NJ

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Ocean Gate, NJ about a concrete repair. The homeowner experienced their pool patio was sinking and wanted to have it repaired before the winter season. We arrived at the home and provided a thorough inspection of the pool patio. After measuring the gap of the sunken slabs, we presented our findings to the homeowner and recommended the best solution would be the Polylevel Injection. Solution

The process begins with our crew drilling small, penny-sized holes into the empty slabs. Next, they used specially designed equipment to inject the polyurethane foam into the void. Once the void has been filled, the polyurethane foam expands and lifts the concrete slab to a raised position. The process is repeated until the pool patio is repaired. Finally, our crew did a thorough cleanup before completing the job. After the repair was complete, the pool patio looked at good as new! The homeowner was very happy to have the repairs done in time to close their pool.
