Concrete Driveway Repair in Southampton, PA
Challenge
A Southampton, PA homeowner noticed their concrete driveway was sinking. They knew the problems sinking concrete can do to a home, so they decided to have it repaired. After countless searching on Google, the homeowner came across Quality 1st Basement Systems. Learning the company offers free concrete estimates, the homeowner decided they would be the perfect fit for the job.
Solution
System Design Specialist, Nelson Garcia, provided a thorough inspection of the driveway. During his inspection, Nelson found the driveway was sinking about an inch and some slabs were gaping apart. He presented these findings to the homeowner and recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best repair method. The repair project was completed by Foreman Ramon and his crew. The crew first drilled penny-sized holes into the sinking concrete. Once the holes were made, the crew used specially designed equipment to inject a waterproof polyurethane foam under the slab. Once the void, between the slab and Earth, has been filled the foam expanded and lifted the concrete. Once the driveway was even our crew used a waterproof joint sealant to seal the gaps. The homeowner was very satisfied with the final results and services of Quality 1st Basement Systems.
