Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in West Nyack, NY. The homeowner was planning on closing their pool for the summer but noticed some concrete slabs were sinking and cracking. They did not want to worry about this problem next summer, so they needed to have it repaired. System Design Specialist, Jonathan, provided a thorough inspection of the pool patio and recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best solution. Solution

A few weeks later, our Foreman, JD, and his crew arrived at the home, on time, and repaired the pool patio. Our crew drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete and injected the polyurethane foam underneath the slab. Once the void, between the slab and Earth, was filled the foam expanded and lifted the concrete. Once the pool patio was even, our crew used a waterproof joint sealant to seal gaps within the pool patio. After a final cleanup, the pool patio looked as good as new and ready for next summer! The homeowner was very happy with the final results and services of Quality 1st Basement Systems.
