Challenge
A Bethlehem, PA homeowner found their concrete porch was sinking a few inches. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We provided a thorough inspection of the concrete and recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best solution.
Solution
The Polylevel Injection is a waterproof and environmentally polyurethane foam that raises the concrete back to its original height. It involves our crew drilling penny-like holes into the sinking concrete. The foam fills the void between the Earth and the concrete and expands and raises the slab back to its original height. After fifteen minutes, the concrete was fully repaired. The homeowner was very happy with the final results!
