Corporate Campus Walkways Leveled with PolyLevel

Challenge

A facility management company called Quality 1st Basement Systems for help with their employee parking lot. The concrete slabs in the walkway were sinking and causing a trip hazard. After researching the best way to fix the sunken slabs, the management company  found Quality 1st offered PolyLEVEL Concrete lifting. Quality 1st Basement Systems was the only company in the area to offer PolyLEVEL, a unique concrete lifting and leveling system that can return sinking slabs to a safe level. 

Solution

PolyLEVEL Specialist, Mike Bonfante, went out to the property and carefully inspected the entire property. He found over 100 slabs that were sinking and in need of repair. Mike gave the corporate office a full written estimate, they immediately hired Quality 1st Basement Systems to do the work. 

PolyLEVEL Foreman, Arturo Jacuinde and the Quality 1st crew arrived at the site and in two days had the 100+ concrete slabs leveled and the parking lot was safe for foot traffic. PolyLEVEL is a polyurethane foam that is injected under the slab to bring it level with the rest of the sidewalk. 

Now this the sidewalks around these corporate offices are free of trip hazards and every one can safely travel through the parking lot.
