Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Sayreville, NJ Driveway leveled with PolyLevel

Homeowner living in Sayreville, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a concrete lifting & leveling estimate. They noticed their driveway which was once very leveled, had settled over time causing the slabs to become uneven. Water would get trapped in certain parts of the driveway where the slabs settled and tripping hazards formed at the beginning and end of the driveway. Luckily, Customer Service Representative, Keashan, was able to send System Design Specialist, Andy Gagliardi, out to inspect the driveway and provide a solution. Upon inspection, Andy noticed several slabs had settled, some up to almost 2 inches. He recommended PoyLevel for it would lift and level the entire driveway, verses replacing the driveway. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam that can be driven over within 15 minutes after installation. The waterproof foam will not wash out beneath the slab and has a lifting force ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 pounds! PolyLevel can remove tripping hazards and is environmentally friendly material that will never rot or deteriorate underground.  Quality 1st Foreman, Arturo, and his crew inspected the entire driveway in preparation for the PolyLevel installation. Once the driveway was clear and ready for installation, the crew began to drill small, penny- size holes into the concrete slab. Using specially designed equipment, the polyurethane foam is injected underneath the slab, which expands and hardens, raising the slab back to desired level.  The crew was able to lift each slab back to level while removing all tripping hazards. The homeowners were amazed at how fast and clean the installation was and very satisfied with how their driveway looked afterwards. Now water nicely flows down their driveway and into the street instead of into puddles in their driveway.
