Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Sinking Concrete Patio in Lanoka Harbor, NJ

A homeowner living in Lanoka Harbor contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems about the sinking and settling patio area in their backyard. The slabs were so uneven that the furniture would tilt back and forth on the patio. Upon inspection, System Design Specialist, Andrew Gagliardi, noticed 2 to 3 inches of settlement throughout the patio area.
