Sinking Pool Deck in Old Bridge
The concrete around this community pool had settled causing trip hazards around the entire edge of the pool.
PolyLevel Injection
Our team drilled small holes into each sinking slab. Using special equipment, they injected the PolyLevel foam beneath the sinking slab raising it back towards its desired level.
Joint Seal
Our team placed NeuxPro Joint Sealant into the expansion of each slab. This will prevent water infiltration and minimizes the soil softening and erosion that water causes when it gets beneath the slab.
Level Pool Area
The concrete was not only raised but stabilized to prevent future settlement.
Trip Hazards Removed
The pool was now safe for visitors to use.
