Before
The concrete patio has settled due to the weak soil beneath.
Condition of Soil underneath
The soil is either too wet, too dry or poorly compacted therefore it needs additional support to stabilize the concrete slab.
Trip Hazards
Since the backyard patio was settling, small trip hazards formed making it unsafe.
Raised & Level Concrete Slab
Our concrete raising team went out and did a walk through to ensure all patio furniture was removed before the installation prep began. Once everything is cleared, they drill small penny-size holes into the slab to inject the Polyurethane foam.
After
Once the Polyurethane foam is injected under the slab, it begins to raise the heavy concrete. When the slab is back towards its original position, the team stops the injection and waits for it to harden to apply JointSeal to prevent water and plant growth from getting underneath the concrete.
