Driveway Before
Due to the settlement, the slabs started separating allowing water too easily seep underneath the concrete through the joints. When soil becomes too wet, it becomes weak and no longer can support the weight of concrete which is why this driveway began to sink.
Interior Garage Floor Settled Before
System Design Specialist, Jay measure roughly an inch to two inches of settlement during his inspection inside the garage.
Cracks in the Concrete
The settlement caused small cracks in the garage floor.
Installation
Our team drills small penny-size holes into the concrete slab and using special equipment, PolyLevel is injected underneath to fill the voids and raise the slabs.
Installation Part 2
Once the slabs are raised and stabilized, the team fills in the small holes with concrete.
Driveway After Installation
The driveway is now leveled and the joints are sealed to prevent water from seeping underneath.
