Settled Porch
The front porch had settled and the joints allowed water and moisture underneath.
Joints Sealed
We used JointSealant to protect the concrete and prevent water erosion.
Before Settlement
Over time the concrete porch had settled due to the soil underneath. The soil became weak from either being too wet or too dry and could no longer support the weight of the porch.
After Raised
PolyLevel was injected underneath the slabs to raise and stabilize the porch.
