Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Concrete Garage Floor Repair in Farmingdale, NJ
The garage floor of this Farmingdale, NJ home suffered from soil erosion, resulting in parts of the concrete floor sinking a few inches and cracking. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and scheduled a concrete estimate appointment. System Design Specialist, Nelson, provided a thorough inspection of the concrete and recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best solution. The Polylevel Injection consists of our crew injecting a waterproof polyurethane foam underneath the parts of the concrete that are sinking. The foam expands and lifts the concrete as close to its original height. Once the area is leveled, the foam takes fifteen minutes to cure. Our crew finished the repair by sealing the cracks with a waterproof joint sealant. Since the installation, the homeowner has not experienced any other concrete issues in their garage.
