I couldn’t be more pleased with how Quality 1st Basement handled my problem. We have an area in our home on a slab consisting of 2 rooms and a hall. Over the years the center of the area, which is 22’X12’, dropped about 2.5 inches, and less at the foundations. I had contractors in who wanted to tear the floor up, others that wanted to put leveling cement down, and some who had no idea.
Then I found Quality 1st Basement. Jeff came, spent almost 2 hours with us walking us through the PolyLEVEL process, and answering all our questions and concerns. We contracted the next morning, and scheduled the job for 2 weeks out.
The 2-man crew just came. Arturo explained the procedure, what they were going to do, and how, and answered all my questions. Then they suggested how to proceed based on issues that cropped up. In less than 3 hours they were done, including clean up. The floor is now completely level, done quickly, at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives.
Jeff, the crew, and the office were great and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Quality 1st Basement.
