Solution for Sagging Floors Fairfield, New Jersey

John, a Fairfield New Jersey Resident grew concerned when he started noticing signs of sagging floors. When walking on the first level of his home, he noticed they would make a noise in certain spots. Gaps formed in between his flooring and the molding and when he rolled an object, it would roll off to a side and not straight.

Since his home sit on a basement he knew the issue was the basement beams and floor joist. knowing very little about foundation issues and sagging floors he went on google to find an expert who could provide a solution.

Solution

Quality 1st Basement Systems sent Foundation Repair Specialist, Jack Huber out to visit the homeowner, provide a thorough inspection and design a system that best fit the needs for the home structure and floors. Based on the homeowners concerns and the results of his inspection, he recommended SmartJacks be installed to the basement beams and floor joist to provide the additional support needed to stabilize the floor above.

They ensured all the belongings in the surrounded area were covered to prevent damage or dust. They removed parts of the sheet rock to properly install each SmarJack. Once Completed the homeowner did a final walk through to ensure they were satisfied with the work done.
