A homeowner in Clark, New Jersey reported a musty smell coming from their crawl space and also noticed moisture was seeping in. This can occur when the crawl space is not sealed from the outside elements. During heavy rainfall, water and moisture can seep into the crawl space through the walls and floors. Solution

The homeowner wanted to avoid the negative issues of a damp crawl space, so they searched the internet for solutions. Javier went to the home to provide a free estimate inspection, and he suggested they encapsulate the space. Our foreman installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the crawl space.
