Crawl Space Repair in Pottstown, PA

Challenge

A homeowner in Pottstown, PA noticed their crawl space was damp and humid, so they contacted us for a solution. They knew if this went without repair, it could cause issues such as pests, rotting wood, increased energy bills, and even mold growth. We sent our System Design Specialist, Javier, to provide an inspection, and he suggested installing an encapsulation system to separate the crawl space from the outside elements.

Solution

We had our foreman Luis and his crew install our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. Drainage matting is installed below the crawl space system, to catch any water seepage. CleanSpace is a thick and durable liner that is mold-proof and water-proof. This system will completely encapsulate the crawl space from the outside elements, keeping it dry and healthy. When the job was complete, the homeowner's peace of mind was restored, and their crawl space was clean and dry for storage!
