Challenge

A homeowner in Surf City, New Jersey, was facing persistent water seepage in their crawl space, which was leading to musty odors, increased humidity levels, and concerns about potential damage to the homes structural integrity. The crawl space was regularly exposed to moisture, creating a damp environment that was difficult to manage with traditional solutions. The homeowner, frustrated with the issue, decided to seek professional help to protect their home and prevent further damage.

Solution

Once the homeowner contacted our team of waterproofing experts, our system design specialist Andrew conducted a thorough inspection of the crawl space. Then our foreman Eduardo and his crew installed our specially patented Drainage Matting. This system allowed water to flow freely towards the sump pump, preventing water from pooling. Next, our crew installed our SilverGlo Insulation Panels, which improve energy efficiency while keeping the crawl space dry. To ensure a completely waterproof and moisture-resistant environment, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed across the crawl space floor. In order to handle any water that might enter the crawl space, a SmartSump Sump Pump was installed. This powerful pump was specifically designed for crawl space environments and will keep water levels under control, remaining dry at all times. To tackle humidity and reduce the risk of mold or mildew, the crew added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
