Eliminating Moisture Issues In Hoboken, NJ Crawl Space

In Hoboken, NJ, a homeowner was faced with growing concerns about increased moisture levels in their crawl space, which were beginning to affect the overall health and stability of their home. Solution

Upon inspection, our team determined that the crawl space lacked proper insulation and had insufficient moisture barriers, which were allowing damp air to infiltrate. To address the issue, we installed our specially patented SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the walls of the crawl space. To install SilverGlo our crew begins securing these high-performance, reflective insulation panels to the crawl space walls using sturdy fasteners. The panels are designed to block heat loss and reduce humidity, while the reflective surface helps direct moisture away.

Installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System requires laying a durable, thick liner over the ground and sealing it tightly against the walls of the crawl space. The seams are securely taped, and the barrier is anchored to the walls, creating an airtight, waterproof seal.
