Crawl Space Encapsulation and Dehumidifier Installed in Haskell

Challenge

Eric and Melody were expecting their first child and knew that they had to be sure that their home was ready and safe for the new baby. The couple recently purchased the home and were aware that the crawl space needed repair. They were concerned about air quality and moisture traveling through their crawl space into their home. Another concern, due to the moisutre, was support issues and protection of their major utilities that run through the crawl space. Solution

The drainage matting and the CleanSpace liner encapsulated the crawl space which separated the home from the damp and cold floors and walls of the crawl space. Vent covers were installed to seal the crawl space off from outside air which reduces the relative humidity during humid months and keeps out cold air during the winter months.
