Challenge

This Belmar crawl space was looking like a nightmare! It was dirty and humid and the homeowner did not know how to fix these issues. Solution

The Quality 1st Basement Systems team installed the CleanSpace Liner, which is a crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace creates a vapor barrier between the interior crawl space and outside elements, preventing moisture and air from seeping in. This system is made up of multiple layers of plastic, making it entirely waterproof and mold resistant. In addition to keeping crawl spaces clean and dry, the CleanSpace Liner brightens up the appearance of crawl spaces.

The Quality 1st Basement Systems crew also installed a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier. The CX model is designed specifically as a crawl space dehumidifier and is smaller and longer than the XP model for basements. However, it is just as powerful! This energy-efficient system dehumidifies and filters air, making sure it is both clean and dry.
