Nasty, Unhealthy Space

Upon inspection, we discovered high moisture and dampness. The space was allowing humid air and cold drafts in which over time could create structural issues in the crawl space and create unhealthy air throughout the home.

Efflorescence

System Design Specialist, Laszlo noticed water marks, signs of mold and efflorescence on the walls in this crawl space.

SilverGlo Heat Barrier

To prevent heat from leaving the space, Foreman Mario and his team installed SilverGlo which reflects heat off the wall, containing it in the crawlspace.

Encapsulation

With help from Laszlo, Mario and team, Quality 1st was able to completely encapsulate the crawlspace to prevent dampness, moisture, mold growth and humidity from getting though. This will promote a dry and healthy space under the home.
