Encapsulation

Foreman Luis, and his team sealed the crawl space from the outside environment by using our moisture Vapor Barrier known as CleanSpace. Clean Space stops dampness and mold growth to promote a dry and healthy space.

Heat Barrier Installed

Our Heat Barrier System known as SilverGlo is installed to the walls of the crawl space to reflect heat off the walls to promote a more controlled temperature in the space during cold months.
