Before The Initial Repair Began
Our system design specialist inspects the crawl space to offer the most efficient and effective repair approach.
During Our SilverGlo Installation
The crew installs this durable heat barrier along the walls to safeguard against possible external environmental elements from permeating the crawl space.
SilverGlo Protects Against Rot
SilverGlo combines highly effective graphite-formulated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. This will supply the crawl space walls with an unbroken plane of R-11 insulation, while sealing the walls from outside moisture and humidity infiltration. Ultimately ensuring the space is fully protected against rot and decay.
During Our SmartJack Installation
We begin this installation by excavating a two-foot cube of soil at each SmartJack location. The hole is then filled with concrete or engineered fill to ensure a stable, load-bearing footing, then a custom engineered base is positioned on top to hold the SmartJack in place to properly distribute loads.
SmartJack Installation
Galvanized steel tubing is cut to the appropriate height, then the steel column and components are fully assembled and connected to the support beam, and the SmartJack system is tightened and completely secured into place.
SmartJack Is Fully In Place
The support beam and floor joists are immediately stabilized and the above floors and walls can be lifted and fully restored to their original leveled state.
