We started installing our IceGuard Discharge Line by attaching it to the homeowners sump pump's discharge pipe, ensuring water can flow freely even during freezing temperatures. This innovative system features a vented design that allows water to escape if the discharge line becomes blocked by ice or debris, preventing potential backups and ensuring reliable drainage year-round.
Installing CleanSpace
Next the crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System by thoroughly cleaning and prepping the crawl space floor and walls. We then roll out the heavy-duty, moisture-proof liner, securely sealing it to the foundation walls and floor with special adhesive.
