Crawl Space Foundation Repair in Freehold, NJ

Challenge

We sent System Design Specialist, Steve V. out to this home in Freehold, NJ to provide a full inspection in the crawl space of this home. Steve met with the homeowner and discussed the goal for today which was to design a solution that would stabilize the foundation and give them peace of mind. The homeowner expressed to Steve how they wanted to protect their home from future structural damage.

Upon inspection, Steve noticed multiple cracks in the interior foundation. Walls were starting to buckle and bow-inward which were signs of foundation movement. Steve noticed three out of the four walls were effected and needed to be permanently reinforced and stabilized. Once he finished his inspection he sat down with the homeowner and began walking them through his finding. '

Solution

Steve Recommended PowerBraces be installed against the foundation. PowerBraces are strong steel beans that are attached to brackets that allow us to adjust the braces as needed to gradually bring the foundation back towards its original position.These PowerBraces will also stabilize each wall to prevent further damage an future serious structural issues.
