The Problem
This homeowners floors were sagging so badly that there was a gap between the floor and the molding beneath the door.
The Installation
In the crawl space, our team installed three SmartJack Stabilizers to lift the floor and support it. The SmartJack is extremely strong and can support loads of more than 60,000 pounds. Additionally, the SmartJack system is not susceptible to mold, moisture and wood rot.
The Results
After the SmartJacks were installed and raise, the floors were lifted back to their original position and were level again. The gap that was once between the floor and the molding was closed and the homeowner no longer had to worry about their floors sagging anymore.
