Existing Columns
The old cement columns were no longer able to support the weight of the home on it's own. Jeff Nero recommended a solution that would provide additional support.
Smart Jack Stabilizers
Due to the lack of support the cement columns provided, the floors began to sag. Our Foreman Victor and his team, installed over 10 SmartJack XT's to provide each sagging floor joist beam with additional support it needed.
Installation Completed
With our system installed, the homeowner no longer had to worry about future movement of their floor now that they have additional support for their beams.
