Water Seepage
The homeowner noticed water seepage through foundation cracks in the wall.
WaterGuard Drainage System
The installation begins with our WaterGuard french drain. We install WaterGuard on the footing of the foundation, out of the mud-zone to prevent damage or clogging.
Collecting Water
The small caps against the wall allow for any water seepage to flow directly into the WaterGuard and forced down to the sump pump system
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
We installed our TripleSafe Sump pump in a pump liner to protect all three pumps inside. The airtight lid on top prevents water from evaporating into the air. The alarm system button will flash and notify the homeowner of any issues.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
In case the discharge line were to freeze, our IceGuard will provide an alternative exit for water leaving the basement.
