Horizontal Cracks & Bowing Walls
Steve noticed multiple horiztonal cracks along the basement walls.
WaterGuard French Drain System
WaterGuard is our patent french drain system that collects water seepage that comes up through the ground and through the walls. It is installed on the footing, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging.
SuperSump Pump System
To protect the basement from future flooding we installed our SuperSump Pump System that directs the water out of the basement.
CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System
CarbonArmor Straps were recommended to stabilze the foundation wall and prevent further cracking or bowing inward. This system allows the homeowner to finish the basement in the future without effecting this system.
Bowing Walls
During inspection, Steve noticed the basement walls had started to bow inward.
