Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Reinforcement and Waterproofing Berkeley Heights, NJ Home

As a homeowner, it can be intimidating to notice signs of a faulty foundation in your own home. Our crew installed two different foundation systems to help reinforce this home: CarbonArmor Straps and our GeoLock Wall Anchor System. CarbonArmor is made up of carbon fabric strips that are bonded to compromised foundation walls, while the Wall Anchor System is made up of galvanized steel beams that brace the wall, preventing further movement. Our crew also installed a new waterproofing system in this basement featuring a vapor barrier, a new drainage system, and an upgraded sump pump. Our WaterGuard Drains were installed around the perimeter below floor level to channel leaking water into the new TripleSafe Sump Pump. The CleanSpace lined on the walls prevents water from seeping in from the walls to flood and will direct it down into the new drainage system.
