Signs of Cracking Foundation
Vertical and horizontal cracks were visible in the home's foundation walls, along with separation between the walls and flooring. These clear indicators of foundation settlement and failure are important to take action against as a homeowner.
Excavation for Foundation Support
Our crew digs deep into the soil surrounding the home's foundation to reach the footing of the foundation where the push piers are attached.
Installing Support System
Our steel push piers are hydraulically driven into the soil beneath a home until it reaches bedrock or load-bearing soil. The stabilization from this deeper level of soil secures the piers in place and allows for potential foundation lifting.
Push Pier System
Once the steel piers reach their maximum depth to stabilize the home, what is left is the steel bracket attached to the foundation's footing which is easily concealable by the previously excavated soil.
Completed Pier System Out of Sight
Once the installation is complete, our crew backfills the holes where the piers were placed to conceal the foundation support system and restore the property.
