I would like to share my experience in recently choosing Ken Peare and his company, Quality 1st basement systems, to conduct a foundation repair on my primary residence.

This all started back in September when my family and I began to realize that the garage frame entrance on the side of the house started to slope downwards. Unsure if it was a serious problem, I decided that we would do the repair during the upcoming spring figuring it was only cosmetic. Unfortunately, I could not have been more wrong. By October the entire right side of the house began to slope down, and the driveway started cracking and became uneven. By far, Ken was able to provide the most intelligent and fairly priced solution to the issue we were having. He provided us with a detailed scope of the work broken down to exact dollar. It was a “no brainer” for us and we contracted Quality 1st to start the work as soon as the provided structural engineering  and permits were ready. Within 30 days of the signed contract Quality 1st gathered all of the permits and plans necessary and began  to repair our foundation. All of the workers were very neat and professional and the entire job was completed in under 1 week which was amazing. My home and the foundation is rests on are supported and more accurately level than they ever  were. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and transparency that Ken Peare and his company displayed with my most valuable material possession. I would and will highly recommend Ken and Quality 1st basement systems to anyone, including friends and family, for any solutions they offer.
