TBF comes with a 50 year guarantee against water damage and mold growth.  Once the walls were up, we installed MillCreek waterproof flooring and an inorganic and mold resistant drop ceiling.  The job came out great, but more importantly, the right materials were used. This basement will not have mold and odor issues in a the future.
