The polyurethane has expanding properties that allow for an accurate lift and level of the slab. This install process has very minimal disruption to the existing concrete. To fill the cracks in the concrete, Sean Johnson used the NexusPro Joint Sealant on the concrete slab. This sealant is pliable so the natural expansion and contraction of concrete during weather changes does not break its bond. This will also protect the concrete from water infiltration.
