They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Greg Louis, provided an inspection of the home. Greg suggested they install a new sump pump system and a French drain system. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, installed our WaterGuard Drain System and  TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has an airtight enclosed lid to keep water vapor from entering the air. This pump also has a battery-operated backup pump that will kick in if the power goes out. Lastly, we recommended our  SaniDry Dehumidifier to stop musty odors and moisture.
