Have a crawl space in a condominium under the front stairs that has a very wet and moldy smell. Needs to be remediated. Would like an estimate

Rear corner of house foundation has 6 ft horizontal crack and about 4ft length of block separation at base thats been there for 20 years already . Gap at grade about 2 inches . , wall is at garage side of house . also floor slab inside front of garage sank about 2-3 inches as a result of this separation it seems. Would like a quote to repair .

On side wall in Basement... water found after heavy rain under floor boards in small area. there is a rusted paint color on lower part dry of wall indicating water.

Two issues --Water pooling at base of front steps...front walkway has settled and needs re-leveling --Seepage into one corner of below grade room and adjacent crawlspace...just below where the water pools. Suspect there is a cause/effect there.

I'd like to get a rough estimate for repair of a sinking foundation in a commercial warehouse. I am in contract for the property and I'd like to get a rough idea of cost before closing. It's a rectangular building and along one of the long sides the floor slopes down about 1" over a 4 foot distance. The long side measures about 200'. Thanks, Jason

This summer (the first time in many years) we got some water in our basement and want to see what our options are to prevent it happening again.

Waterproofing basement needed

I had a flood. Need to have basement sealed.

My wife and I are renting our house (currently about 18 months into a 2 year lease) and over the last year or so our landlord has made repeated, informal overtures about us potentially purchasing the property from her. However, the house, built in 1934, is a little on the run-down side and there is a fair amount of deferred maintenance that must be addressed (as well as updates and other renovations). Our view is that we feel fortunate to have a leasehold interest in the house and can have it thoroughly inspected by home improvement professionals to have a good idea of renovation costs prior to any negotiations over price. With all that said, there are places around the house where water pools, and before we move forward with any potential discussions about a purchase, we want to know if (a) there are any sure-fire problems that make buying the house unwise, (b) if there are issues that need to be addressed but don't make a purchase a no-go, and (c) what any repairs might cost. Separately, the house technically has a finished basement that probably hasn't been updated in 60 years. We'd like to see what it would cost to renovate that as well. I realize this is slightly unusual as it's an estimate request by someone who isn't the property owner (hence the slightly long message), and if that isn't something you're interested in, we understand. Otherwise, we will be collecting estimates from numerous home improvement professionals and welcome yours as well. Thank you.

Looking for options for dampness in our basement

Cracking in basement concrete and foundation. Lot is sloped and house is not level.

We have a patio area outside our family room that is made up of 4 independent slabs that have shifted and are uneven. we would like an estimate to smooth them out or remove them and pour a new patio (potentially larger).

After mold remediation, will need to have a quote on installing flooring in our basement and office area, which is on a concrete slab. Also, Powers Environmental suggested applying a moisture-sealing product such as Drylok Latex Base Masonry Waterproofer on our basement walls.
