When her husband had went inside to check their water heater he discovered about 2 inches of water after 3 straight days of rain. Quality 1st Foreman, Wilver and his team installed WaterGuard along the footing of the crawl space, out of the mud zone to prevent clogging. Next the WaterGuard is connected to the SmartSump pump specifically designed for the crawl space with its built- in alarm system to detect any water. Both products work together to keep the crawl space dry. Next Wilver's team installed CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the walls and floors to prevent mold and moisture. CleanSpace will keep the crawl space area healthy and increase better area quality. Overall the crawl space was completely transformed from a wet and nasty area to a clean and dry space.

Next, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate damp, must odors in the basement. The SaniDry is the most high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system. It also takes up less space and can filter mold spores, dust mite droppings and dust. Next, IceGuard was installed outside to discharge water away from the home. IceGuard fits over the top of the discharge line with slits at the top to provide water with an escape route, during the winter months to prevent freezing.
