We recently assisted a homeowner in Towson, MD, who was struggling with persistent water seepage in their crawl space, which had caused damp conditions, mold growth, and a musty odor throughout the home. The moisture not only affected the crawl space but was also starting to impact the overall air quality inside the house. Worried about potential damage to the home’s foundation and the health risks associated with mold, the homeowner reached out to Quality 1st for a permanent solution.
