Customer had a number of issues related to humidity and moisture in her home. The homeowner's crawl space was entirely too humid which was causing other issues in her home as well as decreasing her own air quality.  Quality 1st installed a CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to ensure that her crawl space would remain dry and free of issues like humidity and mold.

The patio of this homeowner in Ringoes, NJ was sinking 2 inches and wanted to be lifted to it's original spot. If the soil below the slab isn’t compact, the concrete can easily begin to sink as the soil beneath it solidifies and hardens. If the soil is too wet or too dry, this can also cause concrete to sink. Quality 1st Basement Systems sent out Jonathan Seminario to inspect the affected area to give a permanent solution to the problem. Jonathan explained how we can lift and level concrete without breaking and damaging the environment. Senior Foreman, Victor Leon, went out with his team to lift and level the back patio. The homeowner was happy as the slabs did not present an eye sore anymore.
